Ibis Paris Nord Porte De Saint Ouen - Saint-Ouen (Seine-Saint-Denis)

This so-called 'hotel' lacks basic quality standards, with moldy bathrooms and dirty breakfast dishes, I almost gave a good review but just couldn't! As a valued guest, I naturally expected an upgrade for my troubles, but alas, nothing! The Kyriad is a true disappointment, barely deserving of even the lowest possible rating.

The location is central.

The location is particularly good and magnificent with a private parking on site.

The staff were amazing, especially imane, who helped us find a gas station when we needed it most. It's a fantastic spot for exploring the city of love and it's not far from a metro station, made our trips super...  

Unhelpful front desk staff. Poor internet connection. Incomplete condiments for in room drink making (tea/ coffee)

Clean and quiet; comfortable bed, nice duvet and pillows. Tea-making facility - but see below.

Weekday rate not good value for money considering location. Double bedroom only suitable for one person . No milk provided with tea-making things - had to go downstairs to reception to get some each time. Internet charges out of sight!

the room was really small, but the staff were super friendly! ! they offered me an extension lead for my laptop and the breakfast buffet had fresh fruit and good selection of cheese. location is safe and close to the metro!

Good location Restaurant - surrounding area not good for a lone traveller

Fairly clean property with consistently pleasant staff on shift. Functional & modern room, with a work desk, tea and coffee making equipment, and a multi-channel television. Nice restaurant, for breakfast. Relaxing base for exploring Saint-Ouen. ...  

A quirky stay with challenges

The room decor was refreshing, brightening my days with cheerful vibes. It was a decent size for Paris.

The initial experience was marred by unfriendly staff who engaged in unnecessary arguments over minor issues, leaving a sour taste from the start of my stay.

Stay. The location was convenient for accessing public transport, but the surrounding area felt a bit rough at night. The room was cozy, yet there were issues with the shower draining slowly.

Clean accommodations, helpful staff, convenient amenities, an excellent choice for a quick stay.

Friendly staff and strong Wi-Fi, but parking was paid and inconvenient.

We easily walked to a nearby grocery store for supplies, and the staff was super friendly when we checked in. The area wasn't too bad, and we hit up the Louvre and Montmartre, both just a short ride away. Breakfast...  

Modern decor and a reasonably comfy bed. The proximity to the Saint Ouen Metro station made exploring the city easy, getting me to central Paris in just 15 minutes.

The room felt cramped, particularly for two people, which could impact comfort after a long day of sightseeing. Issues with cleanliness were evident, particularly in the bathroom, where I noticed mold and a lack of proper maintenance. Some parts of the hotel, including the reception area, had noticeable wear and tear, which detracted from the overall ambiance. The surrounding neighborhood left much to be desired, with encounters that might. Noise from outside was also an issue, disrupting peaceful sleep.
